  Let me talk to the people who are trying to get to SD WATER office. Yes it is hidden. Just park where your GPS sends you and then jump in the elevator to the 1st floor, make a right and it'll be on your left hand side. It's the smallest little office with glass windows. I literally was not expecting that. I gave a four because 1. The fact that it's hidden like that and no one gives you a warning is aggravating, especially when you have other things to do and 2. You have to pay for parking. Could've paid less if I wasn't wandering around. Tip: have your paper work printed for these people (ex: your complete lease) but if you don't, there is a kinkos literally right next to them. I know how convenient right *eye roll* Good luck everyone
