- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆January 23, 2019, by brittany erbBy far the worst American Eagle I've ever been in. I felt like I was treated like a criminal and also discriminated against because of my race. Either the managers and sales associates both didn't know I understand Spanish or didn't care, but both were saying rude things in Spanish. As someone who prides themselves on doing their best to treat EVERYONE equally, I am shocked and angered to have been treated the way I was. Also the store was an absolute mess.
