  It's annoying when people drive the opposite direction of the pumps because a. They want the pump on the side of their gas tank (which is unnecessary bc all pumps extend) b. They don't give a flying f... They own the road C. They can't understand instructions. Either way this almost always causes crowded pumps because then other cars are forced to back out and exit the entrance where there's already a line of cars or they're forced to wait for the wrong facing vehicle to leave creating longer wait time. Aside from this, staff is friendly and great when I have avoided going during busy times.
