  Called in for Keyboard repair. Steve was said to be the only person there who could fix it, but no one could tell me when he'd be there. I happened to come in the store right before he walked in @ 5PM. Not only did Steve seem completely apathetic to his employees who were waitiing around on a Friday for their paychecks (not knowing when he'd finally come in). But he was also loudly rude about telling the sales rep what to say to me "No, I'm not looking at it. I just walked in. Put it with the repairs. Tell him if he wants to watch me do it, I'll charge him double." Here you go, Steve. Potential customers everywhere should know how highly you regard your customers, your work, and your employees.
