  I took my mom who is 75 to buy a new iPhone. Our apple "genius" overcharge by $50 because he did not notice that the gift card that he was supposed to credit our account with he actually charged our account with. My mom had to point out the error from the receipt. After he attempted to credit back the $50, he then proceeded to bring out and register the wrong phone with AT&T. Immediately after he left for a break leaving a mess that took an hour to resolve in his wake. Apple is supposed to be user friendly, yet this employee turned a simple purchase into a 2 hour ordeal because he could not be bothered to pay attention to what he was doing. What happened to being a welcoming user friendly environment? Especially for seniors? The worst experience I have ever had at an Apple store.
