  intro: As a customer via the "Bath and Body Works" webdesign. In how the typestyle be excessively undersized (considering how we all be getting older). Bath and Body Works be doing all it can to saving space on their webdesign: defined as to make more overall profit. But when I called B&BW Horton Plaza to only mention of my difficult in reading their ph#; I not mention my original reason why I came on the website. The PRODUCT in what been my interest. The manager who answered the phone rather disputed my customer comment about the webdesign. "That's a corporate issue. I have no control over that." (going on further, having no concern. Just like speaking to city hall.) I was never asked "Can I help you with anything else?~" Another one of these businesses that has too much $$$; that can afford to lose customers. Afterall, look where this location is.
