Their pricing on road cycling shorts, jerseys, bike apparel in general is on the high end. Their service department on the other hand is always top notch. They are always helpful, friendly, and go the extra mile. I cracked a carbon fiber frame a couple of years ago and they replaced it with a new one, with absolutely no hassle. All in all, Black Mountain is more expensive but they always stand behind their products and their work. I would recommend this shop to a friend.
