He was personable and knows what he is talking about. The order was shipped and received when promised. From the first phone call to the all the installation advice, it was obvious that they cared and that they had perfected the entire process. The product itself was top notch. Beautiful, straight bamboo planks. I couldn't have asked for better service or product.
