  I picked a fabric with a pretty botanical design. Result: The fabric was cut at the work room to emphasize only one flower on one side of the pillows & a pineapple on all the other sides - Definitely not what I ordered, not what I wanted. someone decided for me to not use the entire pattern on the fabric I chose & instead to cut the fabric show only one flower on one side of the pillows; the other side only a pineapple cut from the pattern. I had four pillows ordered also to go with the sofa. One in solid pink, one in green, one in purple, the other had the same fabric on one side as was ordered for the sofa seat & back pillows. It is pretty & shows the fabric pattern. None of the pattern is on the sofa as it was cut out of it; the leaves on the botanical print that I liked are not on the sofa. I liked the way the pattern on the fabric looked like a garden and had a flow. I have heard nothing about how they are going to resolve this problem. Only the woman who I spoke to on the phone added to my frustration, made no apology and in no way indicated a resolution or anything to help make me a happy customer. Their line seems to be "there is nothing in the notes". I was told that they do not refund money only "fix" the problems. I was given no acknowledgement that they understood the problem. I have not been contacted by management nor the woman who did the original paperwork. She sent me a postcard before I saw what they did to the sofa I had ordered telling me that she was now working Thursday & Friday. When I called a week later they told me that she was now working Saturday & Sunday. Along with what was altered on the fabric, the zippers were sewn so that the metal pulls stick out, the fabric was sewn not straight but wavy, the zippers especially on the sofa slip cover which is all solid purple with a light grey zipper was done sloppy with it not being covered to not show the grey zipper. The stitching on the pillows that shows is blue instead of grey to match the background of the botanical print. The seams are not finished inside the pillows. Why was this not inspected before delivery? The sofa arrived at my place with threads that were not cut off; material on the arms of the slip cover crumpled, fabric on the back of the sofa not pressed; inside of the slip cover with the stitches pulling the fabric apart. Price: nearly four thousand dollars.I called the day after I refused delivery I was told that I would be contacted the next day. As I had a busy day I called the store in the morning. The woman who answered the phone told me that the asst manager was busy She informed me when I told her that the repeating orange in the pineapple was not what I wanted and would not go with the pink, purple and green accent pillows that I had made to go with the sofa that there was nothing in the "notes" about that. Please tell me where in the notes are directions to alter my fabric to cut out most of the pattern and use only one flower and one pineapple on the entire sofa pillows.I would definitely go elsewhere if you want a custom made sofa.
