  As a first time jewelry buyer, I had done a lot of research before stepping in to any jewelry store. I had taken a look at multiple jewelers in San Diego, but Briana at Collins Jewelry treated me like family. I had a specific goal in mind when entering the store and Briana worked with me instead of upselling a different product like many jewelers do. My experience was terrific from the day I walked in to the day I picked up my engagement ring and wedding band set. My fiance is extremely happy with the ring (she had never seen it before I proposed)! The family jeweler experience at Collins is a cut above your typical big box jewelry store. Briana let me know that my ring can always be brought in for a quick clean and shine, for life! She is also responded very quickly to my emails about sizing the ring down slightly even after completing my purchase.
