  Couldn't be more disappointed with my experience. I met with their Senior Project Manager to quote our $100k+ warehouse project. I was seeking bids on Mezzanines, Modular Offices and High Pile storage. I had given a one-week deadline to submit their bid. Having not received their bid I followed up by phone and email. It was like pulling teeth to get answers. I was told simply that their quote was not ready and they needed more time. Given the scale of this project I offered to extend the bid deadline by a few extra days. Here I am two weeks later with no quote or communications. I called and left a message yesterday explaining my situation and urgency but still no call or email. Very unprofessional and a Huge waste of my time. I would give these guys Zero stars and recommend anyone steer clear of this group. There are plenty of other companies eager to earn your business so don’t waste your time with C&SS.
