  Poorly managed. They weren't equipped to handle the issues that came up when their credit/debit card machine didn't process my card. There were ample funds to cover the purchase. A well experienced manager would have handled it in a way that didn't embarrass the customer. Instead, it was like something out of a Three Stooges film.

  I always shop at this CVS and the staff is amazing!!! BUT the actual pharmacist was super rude!!!! He (Uchenna) should have never answered the phone if he didn't have time or the patients to speak to a patient . He acted highly annoyed and all I was doing was asking for help with a transfer of a perception after my child was discharged from the ER. He put me on hold but before he even said the full hold I was listening to hold ads, no please hold, no just a moment please. He might as well hung up the phone in my face. A woman then picks up but with laughter like he was talking mess. I can only imagine what he said about me to this young woman after the way he was treating me. This pharmacy is already not that busy but it maybe because this guy is rude as hell. Well needless to say he just ruined an already stressful day.
