  Kept on hold for 8 min! When I called back, instead of transferring my call, person in charge disconnected call. Staff was very rude and store seems very understaffed. Not a good experience!

  This is the WORST pharmacy EVER! I worked as a tech in Idaho and the service from this pharmacy was so rude and condescending. I know the laws and systems and this was BS having someone tell me that it will take 24 to 48 hours to transfer a prescription. Then to demand that my name is NOT Abby Dee W. And say I was Abby L Whitney from back east was the worst! Nothing on the profile matched and when I told her she was incorrect I got back a rude "well do you even know the correct information?" Worst pharmacy ever and ignorant employees. If you want the worst experience of a lifetime feel free to use this pharmacy because they have perfected the art of being rude.
