  They have the worst product support & call center service i've ever used. In my case the problems were: *LED TV Failed for no apparent reason in the 5th month of barely using it *Mexico's call center service is lame, every call you have to wait aprox 30 mins for someone to take it *They sent a wrong shipping order initially, i had to call again for a new one *There's no communication with client relative to your service status, i've just knew my tv arrived their facilities due to FEDEX. *It's been a month and a half since they have my TV, i called today and the said me "Uhh sorry sir" Im very dissapointed about Polaroid products from now on Manuel Rodríguez
