  Wonderful experience every time I walk in! Usually only to buy nutritious natural treats for my boy, but my last visit they informed me of the self serve bathtubs that included EVERYTHING I needed, towels, shampoo, blow dry, cotton swabs, the works, and all the time I needed to make sure my boy was comfy, all for such an amazingly affordable price. They never rushed me and showed genuine care about my four legged buddy, checking in with me often as I bathed him, making sure I had everything I needed and more! And when all was said and done, Sean checked in with me about my last visit, inquiring about my boys food and health, he offered a caring ear and very helpful and thorough information​ about the dog foods they offer. I took his advice and gave my boy a sample of the 100% raw food bars from Northwest Naturals, and my boy was immediately filled with playful energy, alertness, and an appetite that left him licking the bowl clean. A smart switch from the overly priced processed dog food I was feeding him from another pet chain who had me thinking it was so good for him! Proof is in the pudding, or in this case beef, and my boys happy demeanour is it! I'll be switching my boy to a newer better diet and saving thanks to Sean! You guys rock!
