  We ordered Chasing LED lights for our Christmas tree. When they arrived, lights on one of the strands didn't appear to be working. We emailed EnvironmentalLights late on Friday evening and had a reply waiting by Saturday morning, a professional and courteous email with a potential solution and a promise to replace the lights if that didn't work. The email was detailed and helpful and the solution was correct. We didn't expect a reply until the next business day of the following week, but with a very helpful and pleasant interaction, the problem was resolved in less than 24 hours. Great service!!
