  Innovation Tech is an excellent company. Knowledgeable, current on all technology, easy to work with. The all star player there is Terence Moon. He is without a doubt on why I use them & will for all my technology needs.

  I know nothing about surveillance cameras, and we needed something in my mom's house, as we hired a caregiver and needed to surveil to make sure she was O.K. So the guy that came to the house to recommend a system and give an estimate was really nice, but after the system was installed he just assumed that I was going to be able to operate it by myself. He showed me how to view online and got it set up, but didn't give me the passwords and other things that I needed to have if something lost a connection. The system when it was working was OK., but if I needed to go back in time to see if a caregiver was there on time, for example, it was really hard to find just the right time because it skips segments of time so you have to go really slow to find what you're looking for. Later I couldn't get on the system and didn't have password etc... and I called the tech and he said he didn't have it either, and then started avoiding my calls. My mom is now in a memory care facility and the house is a rental and the system has been removed. My biggest complaint is the tech was rude, condescending, arrogant, and treated me like some kind of an imbecile after it was paid for and installed. I would NEVER work with them again. I never got a hold of anyone that would help me. I spoke with the manager and he said I had to call the tech assigned to me and he didn't understand that the tech wasn't cooperating.
