    I bought a very nice bed from Jerome’s back in 2015 that cost close to $2,000. Recently I moved into a new apartment and the movers lost my bed screws. I called Jerome’s and ordered the screws back in October and was told that it takes more than a month for the store to receive them from the manufacturer which I was I fine with in the beginning. When I called the store more than a month later I was told that the date had been pushed back on the order so I waited another month; called back again and the customer service reps still were telling me the same thing about the order being pushed back yet ANOTHER month. It is now December and I still have not received my bed screws. When I called back this month several times and kept asking to speak to a manager or supervisor I got the response that “the supervisor/managers are too hard to get in touch with” and that I didn’t appreciate AT all. When it came to my mother and I spending money purchasing the bed they were quick to make a sale but when I needed help finding out what was going on with my order everyone seemed to be unknowledgable and acted as if I was bothering them because I wanted updates about my order status. My mind you I never received any phone calls when my order kept getting pushed back and every time I asked for a supervisor to call me back I was told that they would be emailed but I NEVER received a follow up. I understand that orders sometimes get delayed but I’ve ordered large items and custom furniture from overseas that gets to me within a week or two, never have I had to wait MONTHS for an item that I’ve paid for while at the same time never receiving updates about my order status. Horrible customer service and I will not be purchasing from Jerome’s after I get my bed screws in the mail. They also keep giving me the wrong information for my mattress pad warranty Replacement every time I call smh.

    Worst delivery ever!!. The drivers told me they would arive at 1pm. They got here at 11am. Since I arranged a reservation for the elevator from 12-2 in the highrise I live in The driver would not wait . showed up before planed and asumed that it would be ok to use the elevator. I spent about 20 min explaining this to him but he did not seem to care.. my stuff was never delivered . They got in the truck and left . refusing to wait 40 min for the 12 0 clock mark. so Im going to have to reschedual delivery Hopping that the next time they show up as planed. Also want to add that I asked jeromes to have them call me when they where outside. Instead these clowns followed a tendent inside the lobby and asked the reseptionist to call me . I also found out that the drivers that deliver the furnature are hired as a 3rd party,. so they are non-jeromes employers. It all makes sence to me know.If they where Jeromes employes this would have never happend asumming Jeromes Lives up to its core values.
