He was warm, professional and supportive. At my request, he also easily ordered quality chairs for my balcony from Jerome's. Jose was also knowledgeable and excellent in arranging the payment and delivery, (early evening that same day!) as well as explaining the sheet and mattress cover options. I highly recommend this company. I've been sleeping really well on the pillow top queen mattress, cool tech mattress cover and soft and comfy bamboo sheets I purchased. Look no further... buy from Jerome's Dream Shop in downtown San Diego!
