Reviews about Joe's Stereo

Ahmad, Bruce, Ateek, and the rest of the crew are incredible. Hands down best place to get anything done to your car. I have had more then 30 cars in 10 years done here from a simple CD player installed to a full paint job, custom interior, and custom trunk done to my cars and have never had a bad experience!!! Everything to a bucket to a Bentley they can handle!

I got an alarm system and remote starter installed on my vehicle. I had a lot of questions prior to the install and I feel kinda like I burnt out the guy trying to help me, almost like he wasn't pro-actively explaining how the system worked on my car, so it forced me to just have to ask a lot of questions. I decided to have the work done and it's definitely a little more of a quirky system than I had originally thought. Over the phone, the way he explained the system made it sound a little more simple, but when I got everything installed, it ended up feeling like a lot more had to be explained that I had initially thought. He went through everything briefly upon picking up the car, and things worked alright for a while. After a while though, things started going a little wonky with my remote starter. It would start the car and shut off after about 10 seconds. This happened for a few months, but I had moved out of the area, so I couldn't really take it back there to be looked at. Then after a little while longer, the remote starter, lock/unlock features seemed to not work at all. I went to another security shop and they reprogrammed the remote and put new battery in as well. This cleared up all the problems. I understand many of my complaints are about the viper system I had installed, and it seemed like Joes Stereo did the job and did it right, but I just wasn't super impressed on the customer service with explaining everything and not making me have to fish for more answers. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it could have been better.
