    I am a big lids fan and spend over a hundred dollars a month at lids mainly in California. I have never left a bad review for lids and have never had any issues at any of the stores I have been to. I have been to this store at least 4 times and every time come back I ask my self why, why did I come back? On my last visit I stood in the counter area for over 10 minutes and was not acknowledged by any of the 3 people behind the counter. (It's not like they couldn't see me, if you been here before you know it's a small store.) When I finally got one of the employees attention he told me to wait, I did 5 minutes later I was asked to wait again and in the nearly 23 minutes I was in here several people got helped before me but came in long after me. I am not disappointed because this store has NOT been the friendliest of all the ones I visited. I will still shop at lids because I am a loyal customer, to bad the customer service is not goodat this location. Come and visit and see for your self.

    I was informed the hats arrived and were ready to picked up in the Fashion Valley Store, when I arrived, only two of the hats were there. I was promised they would be shipped to my home. They never arrived. I called today, a full month later to check on the status and the manager, "Allen" at the Fashion Valley store was rude, and said he would "check the mail" today and "if they didn't arrive today, we could discuss a refund." He was condescending, interrupted, and raised his voice. It is ridiculous to have someone with this attitude in customer service. When I told him, I highly doubted that if the hats didn't arrive after three weeks, that it was unlikely, they would arrive today, he interrupted again and said he would call. He didn't seem to listen or save the time and patience to understand or solve the problem. I will shop somewhere else in the future.
