  Attempted to resolve 2 issues with the store owner and both times I was rudely told the problem was mine. On one issue, a switch manufacturer (Lutron) told me there may be an issue with the switch and to work with my retailer, and they told me my electrician likely mis-wired the switches and it was not their issue. The other issue I had was when I attempted to return an item they stock but ran out of stock. Prior to receiving the item, I asked to return/refund it and the owner refused and told me to read my receipt. There it was No Returns. I took all my future business to Lamps Plus who has great customer service and accepts returns. At Lamps Plus, I bought a ceiling fan, it was missing a remote. I called, described my issue, he asked for my address and a week later I had a remote in my mailbox.
