  In my opinion, Mastercraft is not a good company to deal with, again in my opinion stay away from them unless you want to chance the same kind of issues we encountered. My wife and I contracted with them to do a $143,000 home automation and home theater system in our home which was promised to be done in 6 weeks and is still not completed 7 months later. The number of different employees we had come through our home was not trackable as they changed on a daily/weekly basis. They now refuse to complete my job and I have turned them over the the contractors state license board for job abondonment. In addition while I was gone on vacation (and they continued work in our home) we had very expensive jewelry stolen and they will not even turn the claim into their insurance. They also didn't give us a proper home improvement contract under state law and the salesperson we had to our home did not have the required home improvement sales license.
