  I drove to the store in the morning to get help because I could not get One Note to sync with my new iPad. The two techs could not figure it out. I set up an appointment for 4:15 pm same day so I drove to the mall twice that day - the second time with my husband who is techier. Got there 6 min late due to traffic and was rudely told "You are 6 min late for your 15 min appt!" I was never told it was only 15 min so I said "I'll take the remaining 9 min then." We waited 15 minutes with no help and then, when we complained, a staff member said we'd have to set up another appt for 4:30pm. We said okay and waited another 30 min with no help. Then, when we complained, a staff member (the same one who could not help me in the morning) told me they were behind and we could wait another 2 hours and we might get some help! Useless. I won't go back.
