  A terrific bunch of folks to work with ! They stick to their timelines and are pretty sincere and fast in their responses. The store is small and displays one item per collection -which is all you need to judge the quality of the entire collection. The staff is amazing - right from store manager to warehouse and delivery personnel. I like the fact that their store is non frilly unlike IKEA or Jerome's or Mor - but their products are way better than those stores. I call them the Spirit Airlines of furniture in the sense that you pay for everything separately and there are no hidden/lump sum costs (with a lot better customer service and a lot better products than Spirit!)
