- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★August 28, 2020, by Robert AThis is a small military exchange mini-mart. It's located on the Navy base so of course only government personnel and dependents will be able to access it. It's nice if you're staying in lodging because there isn't anything else close by unless you drive. Think of it as a 7 Eleven with other items you might need or want.
