  Great prices, good quality! I love Old Navy as they always have sales and carry the styles I like. I can get the clothes I need without spending an arm and a leg.

  Today was very different, my little brother walked in and told me he was followed the whole time by an employee named sue and Brandon(we know their names because they followed us that many times that I could read their name tag and remember it). My brother left and came to me looking in distress and I asked him what happened and he told me he was being followed and asked many time what he was looking for so I went back to the store. I walked all over and my brother was right! I was being followed all over the store. I look young but I am a 29 yr old black man. To test this theory out, I went to the corner back of the store and pow! Brandon was there. I didn’t act out because my girlfriend was making a purchase and I didn’t want her to feel uncomfortable and embarrassed so I waited until we got home to address what happened. Later that night I called to make a complaint and sue picked up. I address the issue to sue and told her how I felt and she replied “this is my store, I can be where ever I want in my store” and hung up on my face. I called back, no answer. I later called back and spoke to the manager Ron and he understood and he handled the situation perfessionally. I don’t wish sue and Brandon to lose their jobs but I would like them to get some type of punishment. $12 an hour is not worth the harassment. If that’s the job they want go be a cop. But to wrap this story up, it’s already hard being black in America don’t make it even more difficult. Do it again and the next person won’t be as patient and quiet as I was.
