  Terrible customer service. I bought an over-the-range microwave from a girl called Kristy. They told me it would be delivered the next Wednesday (after checking their inventory). They took my $450 and they told me they would call a day before the delivery date to confirm. A couple days later they called me and told that all the Microwaves they had available were "spoken for" but that they should receive more on October 1st. I called today to confirm that I would get my microwave shipped on October 1st and the guy who answered the phone had a terrible attitude. He told me that they would receive 3 microwaves like the one I bought, but that other people might be first in the list. I asked him to check the list and he told me he could not do that. I asked him to talk to a manager, and after leaving me 15 minutes on hold he came back and said that all the managers "were in a meeting." Are you serious? I called their customer service number and the lady there told me that I had actually been bumped down in the list to October 15th. What? What is this list? I feel like I'm trying to get into a popular club or something. I said that I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund, and she transferred me to the local store. Same guy answered the phone and he had most terrible attitude as he was asking for my credit card info to issue me a refund. I would never recommend this place. I'm still waiting for the email confirmation and the refund.
