  I had always come to this particular store they had always been curtious. But this past Thursday I had the worse customer service, an a gets worse because a was from management. Her excuse for ignored me and my daughter for approximately 5 minutes was "I'm sick" . I ask her are you mad?. When I requested help on the bollons area she looked very upset, this is not what customer service is all about, she should it stay home instead.

  This location is horrible . Every time I come in , which isn’t often they have one person helping the whole line . The last time the one cashier was still in training . It took me Forever . The manager was there and didn’t step in just continued to blow up balloons , I had a party to set up . If I could give it 0 stars I would.
