  Worst Customer Service Ever. Came in for a Laptop because I design stuff and my old one died. This is not my first time to a Rent A Center nor my first purchase. I brought all of the paperwork I was going to need to make the process quick and easy. The manager kept asking me if I've been to a rent a Center before and if I new the process etc. Im like yes I 've gotten many things from rent a center before. Filled out application and they were about to close. Pick out the laptop I wanted and then the guy started telling me that it was too late for me to possibly have the computer today. Then asked me what type of investment was I willing to put into it because it was a $700 Dell Laptop. ( at $39wk) I said if you mean how much I can pay I can do $75 now and do a month payment on the 3rd. He then starts getting an attitude with me and acts like that isn't good enough and that its just alot I'm asking them to do for me. I'm like "what??" I said he didn't have to be ride and what difference does it make on what I I pay upfront as long as its enough to cover it to my next pay day? He said its because they were now closing and that was the difference because it was wasting his time. IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A PERSON AND NOT TALKED DOWN TO DO NOT COME HERE AND GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! 100% COMPLETE ASSHOLES!
