- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆March 23, 2020, by Dan ClarkeUnmanaged, understaffed, untrained staff of 3 or 4 people! Purchased a dishwasher that never showed up on the delivery day. No phone calls & after 4 calls to Sears I am told at 6:30 pm that they can not locate my sold dishwasher. Returned to the empty store & they did not offer any compensation. They didn't"t even have $659 for the cash I gave them. I was informed this Sears Outlet was a dumping ground for Best Buy, Costco, Lowes & many other local stores that sell appliances. This store is a nightmare. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
