  I️ wish there was a zero star rating. We bought new items, they were delivered damaged. I called 5 straight days to get a new delivery date, and was told the manager (Charles) would cal me back. He never did once. I️ had to take time off work to go into the location and get my refund. Same prices at Home Depot and Lowe’s; don’t waste your time or money with this guys; they don’t deserve it.

  Extremely few sales staff, customer service was lacking possibly due to their businesses. Webb page showed inventory they didn't have at this site. Some good deals but be prepared to help yourself and spend an hour or two if you buy something.
