  Ifi don't believe I have encountered a sales person who made me feel as if I was the idiot. I wasn't at all impressed with the lack of phone etiquette. She made no mistake in rambelling on we don't buy we sell. She giggled and I had to laugh myself and mentioned she might want to take a.gander at the web site. Miss Smarty pants.....what a jerk. It can't be that difficult to find decent help. If only she could lose the attitude and back up off the over emphasized stero typical stoned California voice. It did nothing for me.
