  Purchase custom couch & reclining chair. Chair is defective & they have promised to replace over a 2 month period and are not returning phone calls. When you pay top price one deserves better service. I would avoid doing business with them.

  Purchased an expensive Flex Steel selectional 4years ago. No kids and light use . The frabic is not wearing well , we were told it would wear like iron , it is pealing balling up , and the covers are rolling on the foam cushions on the seats . We went back into the gallery and opened the seat cushion on the exact sofa. Surprise different quality , the showroom has an inner cover over the foam .They didn't deliver those on our flexsteel . The fabric has been discontinued and we have to live with it , were told to shave off the balls , only one year warranty on frabic. They are ordering new foam inserts for our seats and will replace. Has been four weeks and still waiting. Flexsteel is overpriced junk . Be careful.

  Horribly rude....We walked in and were greeted by an older woman. She immediately began questioning us about our budget. We are in our late 20s and early 30s and just bought a house in Clairemont, which is no easy feat for our age, but we look young so I gave her the benefit of it being a fair question. We were just looking around to add a sofa and/or chairs to our sectional. We stated a budget of $2000 to which she said that they didn’t offer anything in our budget and suggested Jerome’s and ikea. She then went on to say “we are all at different points in our lives, there’s nothing wrong with that, it just is what it is.” She then walked away as we obviously were no longer worthy of her time. Old and privileged much? We stayed because the items did seem nice and looked around and saw that a good selection of the sofas WERE in our budget. The interior designer, Edie approached us. She was kind and honest and showed us around and the benefits of flexsteel frames, etc. She left us to continue looking and we found a couch we really liked and told her we wanted to purchase it. She left to do the pricing and returned to us and said she spoke to the owner (the woman who so rudely “greeted” us) and told us that we had to purchase the loveseat as well because it’s too difficult for them to sell loveseats on their own. How is that our problem? Why was that not stated on the tags (like other sets in the store)? Why did that old woman not want to sell furniture in her furniture store? How are they still open as a business? Needless to say, we left empty handed and after reading the reviews of people that actually did purchase furniture there, I’m glad we did. Apparently, their furniture is as crappy as their attitudes.

  One star is one star to many. Ordered a 3k sofa, was assured 4-6 weeks delivery. Called after 4 weeks to check status, they asked for my name and number, said will call back, never did! Called again a week later, same drill, name and number, no call back. Tried a third time now 6 weeks past purchase day. Asked for my name and number, no call back. 7 weeks in and they can't even say where is my couch and when will it be delivered, ridiculous! 8 weeks in and they keep giving me the runaround, the sales person that sold me the couch isn't there anymore, owner never there, office manager is only part time. Bunch of BS from a pathetic group of scammers selling low grade furniture and cheating people every step of the way. SCAM! FRAUD! BEWARE! Needles to say, i never got my couch and lady on the phone said I better call my CC company because the owner never honors refunds!
