  No wonder why this store's rating stands at 2 out 5 stars I visited this Sprint location just because I had a technical issue with my phone, so I walked in on a typical Tuesday afternoon and no one greeted me! there were a few customer sitting in the waiting area to the right. so I was standing in the middle for about 5 minutes without being acknowledged, No surprise because it's a corporate location which mean employee don't give a Sh.....t!!! Few minutes later another customer walks in just to the left side of the entrance and immediately gets one of the rep's attention and received a proper customer service help while i was still standing tall in front of all of the other sales rep who were behind the counter helping other customers. at this point i asked if there was any waiting line since one of you helped the next customer who walked in minutes later, one of the sales rep asks me if I was there first! apparently nobody bothers to see who's walking in first. I said of course I was. then he goes what's your name (like that was gonna help) so I gave him my name and he tried to down play it like a dummy then said someone will be right with you so I waited patiently! then another customer walks in and received helped by the same sales rep who helped the first customer who walked in after me! at this point I was sure that none wanted to help me and hear my Sh....t i just walked out knowing that this was my first and absolutely last visit to that location! with potential consideration of switching to another carrier since i received no help what so ever. Sprint should really be concerned about this location and it's employees and the way they treat their customers!!!!
