  I could not tell you how horrible this store in words alone. I went into the store AS I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH A SPRINT REP to pick up a SIM card for an IPad. The Spring store rep said it should be free and i needed to pick it up and just go because the store would try and overcharge me. Sure enough, they made me pay for the SIM card (after they “couldn’t find” the free ones.) I stood waiting in the store for over 20 minutes as only 2/4 employees seemed to do anything. They tried to get me to hang up with Sprint so they could charge for $35/month for the service which the phone rep got me for $15/mon. The service and store was so horrible and unprofessional that the Sprint Rep i was on the phone with waged his own complaint against them and said it was the worst service he’d ever encountered. Don’t bother with these scumbags!!!!
