I presented my dilemma of an outdated phone to them, and Omar was quick to provide not only a seamless transition into a newer model, but the revelation that we'd been paying far too much for our plan! In an hour's time I walked out with a brand new phone with all the bells and whistles and none of the headache. Cheers!
