- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆September 24, 2019, by Michael TroesterCame in for a SIM card. Easy sale. Waited 20 minutes while 2 employees helped customers and one talked with a friend. Decided to call to find out how much the card was and of course it rang at the clerk who was chatting with her friend. I could hear the phone ring in store, and she just let it ring ~40 times before it disconnected. I left in disgust. The Sim card is $6.49 on Amazon, and likely $25 in store (per tmo website) disgusting.
