  It used to be a 99 cent store but a few years ago, to keep up with the great recession or great flood or something, they changed their format slightly- now they're a 99 cent and up store. So really the sky's the limit with their pricing but you can still find a good deal now and then. Especially if you like an assortment of very low end bric a brac and "one use" tools that make "made in china" look like Snap-on.
