  Outstanding service. I nearly ruined an old family reunion VCR tape trying to digitize it on my own. Ken bailed me out and the final result is great. I will be returning with more work for Ken and his polite, professional staff. Their rates are very reasonable too.

  Staff was informative about all aspects of the transaction, in addition to being friendly. Presented me the facts and let me make an informed decision instead of "making a sale." They also only charged me the rate for 10 video conversions despite having enough for a higher rate. They also waived the fee for not picking up the merchandise in a timely manner. Would certainly recommend and go back...if I ever have another 8mm.
